Safari and youtube qustion

    just this evening ive had safari crash twice while viewing files on youtube. i wonder if what could have caused the crash since ive just updates both my os and security.

    hi there, sir. is this plug in supposed to stabilise youtube when i'm playing videos?

    YouTube uses Flash. Having the latest version might just solve your problem.

    sir elbert, it reoccured again. i was watching a movie (around 6 mins long) when safari shutdown automatically. do you have any suggestions what could possibly be causing this?

    Have you repaired permissions already (Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility, select your OS X partition and select Repair Permissions)?

    bro. i'm not familiar with this procedure. what does "repairing permissions" supposed to do?
