Updating right now. I had some issues with safari before the 10.6.2 update. So far so good with the 10.6.2.

I too was experiencing problems with Safari. It was ALWAYS slow starting up.

I don't know if it's working now, it might be my imagination but it feels a tad bit faster.

I have not had any problems with Safari even before. I'd like to go back to the progress blue bar but I cannot anymore.

It required a restart and I noticed my Mac had to boot twice before the logon screen finally appeared. I don't feel or see any much difference after updating though. Maybe when I get into sites with Java will I appreciate the improvements.

This is the update I've been waiting for. Safari quits unexpectedly in version 4.0.2 in some websites that has so many javascripts. It really fixed the issue. :)
