    Iphoto 08 concerns

I just started using iphoto 08. M quite impressed with events.
However, when I download my camera pics to iphoto, the events says untitled event. Upon clicking untitled event, a blank space appears, however, I cannot type in anything.... what should I do to rename it?

I also noticed that iphoto 08's library in pictures cannot be opened thru finder.
Where will I retrieve my downloaded photos?

In event view of iPhoto, you can just click on the event title then you should be able to start typing a new title.

No need to use Finder to get pictures out of iPhoto, you can drag them off (in thumbnail view) directly from iPhoto into any Finder folder or the Desktop.

I did just that. Click on the event title which says "untitled event". Then a space appears but no cursor. I cannot type in anything.

    Regarding dragging to another folder....
Do I have to do this step to upload pictures to photobucket?

And on top of that, the date below each thumbnail event is all garbled.

Not sure about he inability to type in the Event box, but as for The iPhoto library file, you can still access the folder. When in finder/Picture/iPhoto Library - right click and select Show Package Contents - Voila! there are the old familar folders containing you picture files.

Hmmm, there seems to be something wrong with your iPhoto Library. Have you tried rebuilding your library? Make sure you have a backup before you try it though.

Are you updated to the iPhoto 7.1.1? Might just be a kink that needs the ol trusty software update. ;)
