Recession Coffee is the coffee shop for me since I'm always short on cash.

Do you use Coffee-Mate Natural Bliss creamers? They are made of milk, cream, sugar, salt and natural flavors, but contain no preservatives.

To attract more coffee-loving customers, you should include natural bliss in your place.

    Good luck with your business.

mmm.....I'd go to Recession Coffee just to watch what customers choose to pay! Lol! Social experiment, great (?) coffee, nice place. Only thing that prevents me from going to Eastwood (haven't been there in 5 years) is the stupid traffic along C5. More branches please. I love the interiors: the warm, neutral wood flooring is inviting while the yellow walls keeps you from going to sleep. Lol! Only nega: I hate communal seating but if I had no choice, I prefer normal-height table and chairs. It brings back memories of our high school canteen.

the cashier would ask how much would you like to pay for your coffee. you say 50, then hand over 50 pesos. haha. then he'll put the "we hope you get that job" sticker(im thinking they ran out of "living on a prayer" sticker) on your glass. I'm now trying to collect all the stickers, just for the lulz. :D

i think for the number of cups? i still haven't tried paying 200 for a cup. the cup is 8oz only, i think, im not sure if it will get bigger if you pay 200 for it. :D

and yeah, coffee is really good. :)

Super awesome concept Charlie! I passed by your store a few weeks back, but did not get to try Recession Coffee. I will try next time! It would indeed make for a great study/social experiment (especially for Pinoys na mahiyain at ayaw magtanong usually hehe). :)

Dragged my friends to Recession when they didn't believe me when I told them you can "pay what you want" for good coffee.
Still remember the look on their faces when they were trying to figure out how much they should give the cashier. Haha :)
