Mac experts please help me on this one...

I was cleaning my hard drive the other day and to make the long story short, this Get Busy music file ended up on my trash bin (it's 0kb!!!). I can't delete it because it's locked, so I dragged it over to the desktop so i can manage it. But lo and behold, the box to deselect "locked" was in grey, and it's all trouble from there. Tried all sorts of things.. even technician at DW can't do anything to solve it. HELP PLEASE :(

Trash it... then try to empty the trash bin--if you can't, consider re-starting and empty it again... we'll see what happens...

    Good luck!
