Predestination 9/10 total mindf¥£#% Ethan hawk and Sarah snook are the bomb!
mmm.....The Internet's Own Boy - 9/10. The story of Aaron Swartz. Excellent documentary about the life of a brilliant, selfless man tragically cut short by the powers-that-be.
Focus - 8/10
Plot was good! I love Will Smith movies, though I was expecting some fight scenes from him
Not worth watchin?
Whiplash - now this is a gooooood film. This kinda reminds me of how I was in high school in our ensemble. Our instructor was also that firm and kept pushing us. Simmons really deserved his Oscar. It was kinda new to see Miles Teller play as an introvert. I always see him as a schemer and loudmouth in his past movies. Gotta give this 5/5.
Ouija: 4/10 I was trying not to sleep the whole time we were watching it. My Mom gave up half way and just slept.
mmm... Skip it and save some bucks. The film just flatlines to boredom. Only reasons I fell for it was I had some spare time and to escape the summer heat.
The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014)
I am going to miss Bilbo Baggins.
The Tale of the Princess Kaguya
Best Ghibli movie that came out after Spirited Away
Chappie 5/10 - Nearly fell asleep watching it. Short Circuit ripoff. Even the Moose droid looks fairly similar to Robocop's ED 209. I like Jackman for a change playing a villainy role. Jackman wearing that darn helmet thingamajig in controlling the Moose droid reminded me of Wolverine Weapon X in the comic books.
Chappie-9/10 for us Sir. Me and my wife really enjoyed this movie
I just watched Interstellar over the weekend and I am giving it a 4/5 rating. amazing movie and great cast.
Watched Chappie with my friend and we both enjoyed it as well, for us it's a 9/10! I'm a big fan of Neill Blomkamp
Cinderella (8/10) - I must admit, I wasn't looking forward to seing this. How many times can this story be re-told, right? That aside, the production and performances here were pretty good. I was half-expecting some sort of Red Wedding to happen; that King in the North bloke sure likes commoners.
chappie 3/10 didn't like it at all
The Imitation Game-- 8/10. It was a very good movie, although there were dragging parts, as a whole, it is an interesting movie. GF and I thought that the leading guy should have won the Oscars for best actor.
This movie confirms that war is not just won by brawns but moreso by those who have brains.
Run All Night - 6/10. Not as good as the Taken series...
Cinderella - 8/10. Same as the cartoon with very few minor differences.
Last movie I saw was "Fifty Shades of Grey". I have not read the book, the movie was so weird and it's not even entertaining at all. Maybe because I expected too much from it. 5/10
i sat down last night and watched RocknRolla...
what i can say is, it had probably the BEST DAMN DANCE SCENE, second only to Pulp Fiction's twist with Uma and John T.
i had to ROFL watching Gerard and Thandie do those twisty, zany moves...so funny
9.5/10 for Guy Ritchie's neo-noir film...
Man's ultimate wet dream of conquering the physical laws of the cosmos. I thoroughly enjoyed this one as well.
