i had problems with quicktime 7 after upgrading to tiger. i had two help menus and movies got stuck in the dock when minimized. apparently quicktime 7 are having problems with the Divx plugin and deleting it would probably fix these problems. (Macintosh HD > Library > Quicktime) try it, mine's working fine now!:winkgrin:
