put the world on your mac

    I haven't tried it yet... But I will try to download it sometime if I am not busy

    i've got this one. its cool. u have the map of the world as your desktop picture that shows night lights and real-time weather conditions. i turn it off when i'm on batts coz i think it consumes much power. But it may come handy sometimes. i.e. typhoons and all.

    I mentioned a similar app in the thread Typhoon Milenyo. I use OSXplanet, which does the same thing, and is freeware too.

    hi elbert,
    i downloaded the osxplanet it's great but i would like to focus on the philippines
    how can i change the preferences to focus on the philippines i already change the cities to manila
    but i only see the philippines on my right side of the screen i want it in the center
    please help? i hope i'm making sense hehehe
