Problem w/ iTunes 6.0.5 ripping CDs

    I dunno if you guys have seen this behavior. I was trying to rip some older CDs into my iBook and it seems to stop about 80% of the way into the rip. Happened twice already. Any ideas on whether the update screwed this up? I just updated today.

    did this happen when you moved to 6.0.5 or before pa?

    Nah, just today after I upgraded to 6.0.5. I had no problems ripping with 6.0.4

    could be an issue with 6.0.5 have you tried reverting to 6.0.4 again?

    Currently doing that ... i just hope its a version issue, not an issue with my Combo drive.

    still trying to find 6.0.4. I thought I had the installer but it was 6.0.5 also.

    I just ripped 5 CDs yesterday and today... no problems on my end. A dirty lens perhaps?
