I keep having this problem when trying to send out 1. send fax within MS Word (via Print - FAX PDF) 2. dialed number is picked up by human operator and put down. 3. I cancel the fax sending 4. hanging up takes forever to complete. 5. sending a fax again will result in "waiting for fax modem" then an error message. 6. need to restart Mac OS X to use fax modem. Any work around on resetting fax modem without rebooting OS X?
