guys, i've searched through the forum but didn't find the solution i need.

i've created a presentation file on my mac office for a report due tomorrow, and awhile ago, while I was editing the file (272 kb) I was listening to a podcast at the same time. when i saved the file, the reminder bar "saving..." got only to midway then it stopped na. same thing with itunes, it said network stalled so it was rebuffeering.

the problem now is powerpoint and keynote can't open my file :x::(:(:upset::upset::x:

can someone help me on how to have this file resurrected? :qmark:

Try renaming the file and make sure of the spelling of the file extension.

    Hope it works.

    sabonis,

didn't work  highlighted the file and did a control-I and renamed the file but still same result.

One last try. Try copying the file and paste it on your desktop under a different file name.

Good luck, otherwise, you have got to start working over your report again from scratch.
