i've been getting an error message since yesterday. anybody experiencing this also? anybody has fixed this? i even went to the website and my emails are not coming in to the web version mail of pldt. help
Same here. Checked my mail on pldtdsl.com and surprisingly no new mail came in yesterday too. Tried sending mail to the account from gmail today and it arrived when I checked it on the web, still can't retrieve it on Mail application though.
I called the customer service hotline this morning. I was informed that they're having problems with their server and they expect to have it fixed by Saturday.
Was having problems too this morning, but was able to download my emails tonight. I guess their server is back to normal now
Heard it's got something to do with Infocom & ePldt.......the end is not yet in sight. So fire up your alternative, uahoo, gmail addresses. darn it!
Wow, and I was about to erase and reinstall my account. Anyway, I am still able to check my emails through the web-based mail of pldt. I just hope they will figure this thing our soon enough. Mail still not functioning up to this time.
