The new iMac G5 has built-in iSight with the new Photo Booth application but I can't find that application separately. Does this mean it's not possible to use such app for those having external iSight?
I know. I've been looking for it also. They should make it available as a separate download so that those of us who have an iSight could also enjoy using the app.

Watching out for the same thing that you guys have been looking for, I can only guess that Apple might hopefully make available this software as an independent download for existing iSight users, or, for third-party software developers to soon create their own variant and flavor of Photo Booth. It would seem there's a dearth of software for iSight. Going a little OT, and if I am not mistaken, I chanced upon the universal Remote Control being sold separately in the online Apple store, so it might come with its own Front Row software.
Has there been an independent download for Photo Booth by this time? Watching out for this too! My kids & my wife have been bugging me for this for their minimac & PB.
As of now, Photo Booth is not sold as a stand-alone product, it's only available bundled with the iMac G5 with built-in iSight (but who knows what the MWSF 2006 Keynote tonight will bring ).
Actually, there's a website claiming that Photo Booth works with non iMac using an external iSight. and offers download. But it's unofficial which would mean --- illegal?
