    Hi, thanks for the reply.

Planning to buy via Footlocker US or Eastbay. 2 pairs of shoes kasi so most likely it will go over the 10000 limit so I am looking for a forwarder to save a bit of cash. As for the box, I guess I'll just risk it. Any other shops you recommend? Thanks again

I normally split my purchases to LBC if they go over the the initial $500 threshold.

Perhaps the same can be done with the shoes?

LBC's alright be patient enough to wait for 30 days for it to arrrive at your door step.

I got a New Balance 247 from Afew-store.com and some Adidas NMD's from JDSports.co.uk using my local credit card, and I did not encounter any problems.
They were shipped straight to my doorstep in less than a week.

The New Balance was sent thru Fedex by the merchant.

The NMD's were sent thru DPD UK then their local counterpart Aramex. NMD's cost 100 pounds + 19.99 pounds shipping = 119.99 pounds or around P7,200 a pair. I ordered them in two separate transactions to avoid getting taxed here.

If its shipped via Fedex, they will charge you 560 pesos. Only Fedex have that kind of charge. DHL, UPS doesnt have those charge.

Yes, only Fedex charges such amount. Below is a snippet of their email to me:

    "(All charges below are VATable)

Beginning October 19, 2015, FedEx will charge a Warehouse Processing Charge (WPC), which is comprised of two elements:

1.) Storage”: charged for shipments caged in FedEx facilities for more than 48 hours. Each shipment will incur a charge of PHP 245.00 for each day it remains in the FedEx facility beyond the initial 48 hour period.

2.) Warehouse Handling”: a one-time, fixed charge. The charge is PHP 420.00 per eligible shipment

    Other charge/s:

Informal Entry Form Fee: Php 80.00
    Formal Entry Charges;
    Processing Fee: Php 600.00
    Entry Form: Php 340.00"

Thanks for the info. I wanted to try this out but didn't see any option for Courier service... Did you select any of the Standard/Express delivery method available for direct ship to Manila?
