Contemplating on getting my first pair of onitsukas, what model do you guys recommend for all day walking/traveling and standing up for long periods of time at airports/malls/disney?

    Is the fencing model ok?

That's too much work especially if you use your white sneakers more than once a week.
I usually do the spot cleaning, Mr.Clean scrubbing and, of course, the wiping of the cloth but that's about it.
No need to spray fabric protectant if you're gonna use it and not store it.
Also, people can care for their white sneakers for less than $5, contrary to the Jason Markk wipes $10, Jason Markk cleaner pack $25, 3M protectant spray $10 and the Jason markk repel $20.

I just got the Chuck Taylor II. I really like the simple and classic design. The padded tongue, suede lining and Lunarlon cushioning make it more comfortable to wear, with or without socks.

My problem was I couldn't decide whether to get the blue or the black. So...

Funny. I like them both, too! :D

Hopefully it'll arrive in the country soon!

Just checked Converse Phillipines Facebook page. Looks like they are available for purchase already. SRP is Php3,990. Pretty steep. Thought it'll be priced below 3.5k.

Tried out the Kobe X Elite High last night and it was great! Better than the Kobe 9 High and I like it a lot!
