Anyone here who has tried this App?

This App Will Show You All the Available Parking Slots in Makati City CBD | Esquire

    (as I posted earlier)

Here in Singapore, there are large electronic boards that show motorists which mall/establishment has a parking slot available (numbers change in real time)

    it looks this :) ...

I find it interesting that our solution is to make an app... Are we supposed to pull-over and check the app for available slots?

Mm...if that app works, it is better than electronic billboards. You can look at the app and check parking before leaving home or office. To go or not to go....

My son acts as my parking buddy. Especially in BGC or Makati because he works and lives there. Most often it’s the wife whose radar I guess is far more intuitive than the app. I also let her get go discussing with other parking claimants and she gets her way. I’m sure an app can’t do that

Travel time will take min 30 mins to Makati... since we can't use our phones, how sure are we that the slots are still there... :)

Mm...easy. If it is less than 100 spots, don't plan to park there specially if your travel time courtesy of Waze shows 30 minutes or longer. If you have 400 plus spots, there is a very good chance you can still be accomodated.

As I see it, this app is the equivalent of physical electronic parking billboards for the areas it covers like Makati and transmitted to your smartphone regardless of where you are. It is a time and gasoline saver.

    Same banana but smarter.

As for not being able to use it while on the road: multi task. Or, if you can't, stop at a gas station or someplace and park to use it safely. It will add a few minutes to your travel time but you gain back that time knowing that there is a parking spot waiting for you.
