Is there any available apps in mac to open Microsoft Project without installing Virtual PC? Any other recommendation will be appreciated. :)

If you are in a network, and have WinXP boxes on the network, copy the file on that box and connect to it using Remote Desktop Connection (RDC), a free download that allows you to virtually use a Windows box as if it's on your Mac. Its way faster than using VirtualPC.

Does that mean I can use a headless Windows XP box and run it in my Mac using just RDC?

I have licensed units of MS Project 4 for Mac. This is the last version produced by MS for the Mac.

Contact me off-list if you would like to purchase a licensed copy.

If your file is newer than that, you'll need to use the PC version, which is more current.

Yup! I've been doing that -- well, not really headless but I do that at the office. Especially when I have to be at my "other" office with "just" my iBook.

Thanks for the offer. I decided to use Berniej's option instead.

Otherwise, I'll just ask the recipient to convert it to html so that I can view it.
