Depends on what kind of game you like to play. Most games for MAC support online gaming

I don't know if you guys heard of this game before:

    Utima Online

It's a PC MMORPG. Its the big daddy of all MMORPGs and, IMHO still kicks ass. the only advantage of modern MMORPGs over this game is graphics, so if your looking for cool graphics - don't read any further.

The game is 2D so it doesn't require a 3D videocard. Its VERY compelling. why? because unlike other mmorpgs, this isn't "player friendly" its a survival game wherein every moment you leave a safe area (let's say a town) you can be killed by other players and they can loot all the things you were carying!

You live, you die. you become a ghost and spook people. you look for a healer that can resurect you. then you live again... hehehe

You can choose to be a merchant too, collecting materials, crafting items, advetising them, then selling them to earn money. money to buy a house or a shop. money to buy furnitures and house items to decorate your house (its like a medieval sims).

anyway, i said too much... hehe.

Over the years here are the major MMORPGs for the Mac that I've tried/played:

1). Ultima Online - first hit MMORPG
2). Everquest - here's the link to the mac version, this is the first 3D MMORPG
3). Shadowbane - here's the link to this one, never tried it before
3). World of Warcraft - the current hottest MMORPG

I tried SL but it's kinda freaky with all the wierdos around there. Although that maybe what draws some people to it in the first. It's like interactive Sims!
