On iTunes Music Store purchased tracks

    Everything looks right, but I think it's more like an unchanged playlist can be burned to CD a maximum of 7 times.

    Also, to restate, a maximum of 5 computers can be authorized at any single moment using the same user account to play AAC Protected songs. Another computer can be authorized only after one (or all) has been deauthorized.

    Just to clarify, regarding CDs though... if I burn a CD, give it to you, can you rip tracks as mp3s (unprotected)?

    Yup. Keep in mind though, iTMS tracks aren't exactly CD-quality to begin with (although personally, I can't tell), and burning them to CD and ripping them back into MP3s might noticeably deteriorate the quality.
