Charlie, it would be cool if you could get the Silver bodies with the black lenses like what Batotoy got as shown in the micro 4/3 thread.
Guys, Mods, may I suggest we move all talk about the OM-D (EM5) to the Micro-4/3's thread (http://www.philmug.ph/forum/showthread.php?p=1097241#post1097241).
Possible to keep this thread separate din since I opened this just to ask for OMD pricing for DWZ, no discussions here on the OMD itself. . . Possible to keep this thread separate din since I opened this just to ask for OMD pricing for DWZ, no discussions here on the OMD itself. . .
Kasama ba sa 24 months yung OM-D ? Thinking about this vs getting a 14-42mm X lens for my GF-1 to complement my 20mm pancake . . .
I already tried this new OM-D yesterday at DPP Chillin' event Marriot Hotel Manila New Port City. It's a great camera on its class its low light capabilities is superb wala ako masabi low amount of noise at higher ISO, great contrast, sharp, vivid colors and what really like super fast auto focus were you can take a shot on LCD tap the screen to zoom and zoom out its almost like an iphone. The lens lineup really stylish in silver compact prime lens the 45 mm f/1.8 that I tried It is sharp and good bokeh too. Another one that I tried the Olympus 12 mm f/2.0 ultra wide angle. The lens also sharp, contrasty and colors are vivid great for landscape work. The retro feel handling and looks is really a plus for hobbyist from film days. Its indeed highly recommended for those who prefer to be touristy that doesn't want to carry bulky DSLR perfect for portraits, street, travel and landscape photography. Thumbs up for Olympus on this new micro 4/3 flagship after EP3 I can say the popularity of this system will continue to soar high in coming years as they always challenge themselves to revolutionized the technology. Olympus offering it in the event at 51,000 Php for the kit if I'm not mistaken from 66K.
