Do you know what the terms are? Contract perhaps? Or a cash deposit? What happens if you damage the lens?
All payments transactions are through CC and there is a contract waiver but we are still going to finalize other premise under terms and conditions on friday. Yes, there is a deposit through CC as far as I understand with him. The process was like what hotels do through CC holder payments to ensure security for the merchant or owner of the rental. I think for Nikon trinity lenses he had 2 sets. For the other types of lenses only one unit as of the moment. For sports photographers coming soon AF-S VR NIKKOR 300 m f/2.8 IF ED for rent. Were just canvassing for the price here and in HK to give it a go.

Skint, maybe you can specify exactly which trinity lenses you are providing. For example is it 10-24 or 12-24 for the wide end?

To know if your dream lens are suited for your photographic needs and determine how effective these lenses are 1st hand. As of now wala pa kase my friend don't think this lens is in demand for rent. Thinking only few people seldom use this one. But if inquiries for this lens will increase in numbers. I will tell to my good friend to buy one to be included for rent list. Our priority right now is to buy the AF-S 300mm f/2.8G IF ED VR which has a good amount of demands from photographers. My friend had already sure clients wanting to rent this lens.
hmmm. if i am going to rent these lenses, there is a possibility that a conflict of scheduling or let us say, there will be 5 photographers will be renting the 70-200mm f2.8 lens within the same day. do they include care taker for the lens?
