Heads-up 360 fanboys and girls, the New Xbox Experience update is now available at XBox Live. Its a painless 10-minute download using the XBox wireless network adapter.

So far I'm loving the look and feel (I wasn't a fan of the previous Blades interface) and of course the avatars. Too bad Netflix isn't an option in our region.

    So far so good.

I'm having withdrawal syndrome using the NXE. I was used to the Blades interface that my eyes are disoriented with how the controls work.

I just notice during viewing Arcade Games especially from Image/Screenshot previews that it sort of freezes/hangs for a couple of seconds when exiting the game profile before displaying the list of games again. Do you have the same issue @Eric? I'm guessing it's my slow net connection that is causing this - redisplaying the list requires another web request???

I love the new interface. I'm currently downloading Gears of War 2 to the hard drive. :) My 3RL doctor was able to install the pre-release version on my "Go Lagot" 360 hahahaha

Just updated my dashboard lastnight and I'm loving the sleek new interface.

If you right-stick click your avatar, it burps. Awesome.

IMO the best thing about this is copying the whole game in your HD. Less DVD drive stress. I also love creating parties for your avatars.

@bacchus_3: Haven't noticed the lag. Will check it out .

I had to download another update, this time to enable unprotected AAC and MP4 streaming from my Mac. No problems so far. :)

Thanks for the reminder Eric! I'm looking forward to copying a few games to the hard disk, finally, some use for the 120GB drive. Downloading now.

it may be bandwidth related. I'm just hooking up my Xbox thru my Mac's shared internet connection on Globe's unpredictable network.
