I buy freezer paper from Gourdo's and cut it to fit over the keyboard. Shiny side facing the screen. It's thin enough and does a good of preventing the smudges from the Moshi keyboard.

To all retina 15 inch users. Napansin ko lang sa mga demo units sa stores. Mejo dim ang screen nya even in full brightness. Are yours brighter compare to non retina mbp? Thanks

^^^ I notice it too sa 13" ko ... mas brighter pa screen ng dati kong Mac air at 50% brightness setting..... but i just bump the brightness setting up a little more and its all good na.

i just did a simple / express display calibration last night .... one thing i noticed is the rMBP's default settings for gamma is 2.2 .....

So I set it down to 1.8 ..... it's not as contrasty as before .... some improvement in brightness... So one should give this a try if they find the rMBP a bit "dark"

some interesting read i found while typing this post :)

    The Gamma adjustment page

Helped a friend get a MBP Retina 13" with 256GB SSD last night at the late-closing BTB at Rockwell after a few drinks and hemming and hawing about what's best for her needs (non-Retina, Air, or Retina).

Pretty good pricing on the MBP Retina 13" as it was cheaper by around 3-4k when compared to a very similar unit I got around 13 months ago (the only difference is that the new one has a slightly faster CPU).

^^ I'm planning to buy also the new rMBP 13" this year also. But I'm willing to wait for the next refresh. Since my old MBP13" died last year. Para may reason din para makapag ipon...

Magkakaroon kaya ng refresh ngayon? or ang lalabas lang na bago ngayon ay yung MacBook Air 12" and iPad pro?

    Hi,

I plan to get the MBP 15.4in Retina 2.2GHZ Quad Core. Can I upgrade the the storage for this? cheaper kasi compared to the one with 512gb flash storage.

    TIA!
