Hi, I'm planning to sell my Macbook mid-2009 model and buy a new one because I need a more powerful mac for my video-editing needs. I'm just wondering, which is better ? The new macbook white unibody or the macbook pro 13"? They all have the same specs which is important for me, firewire and sd card isnt really that important for me, I just want to know which has the better performance. Thank you
new macbook pros, most probably having new arrandale processors, are rumored to come out by the end of the month/early Feb. you might consider waiting first for those. to answer your question though, the 2.53 Ghz 13" mbp is better than the stock mb. hth
I'm planning also, but can't decide whether MBP 13" or the unibody macbook white. I'm still waiting for the reply of Sir Charlie of Digital Hub V. Mall, I think he is the one to ask regarding this matter. From what I heard he will give you the ups and downs of both.
The MBP is definitely better than the MB. The sturdy aluminum chassis alone is already worth the 9K price difference.
If I may ask what's the difference of this arrandale processor to the current one and are there any significant changes of the rumored macs? =D
