    Just checked the apple store! With new voiceover feature, i dunno, i'd be annoyed if someone kept talking over the music.

    I was reading the features.... playlists and commands all called out by voice, controls on the earbuds.... WOW

    although... the only downer is you won't be able to control the thing with 3rd party 'phones.... yet

    oh and I noticed that the clip was chromified

    this means that ALL iPods are now scratch magnets

    4 gigs only, but the 2nd Gen Shuffles are still available.

    The location of the controls onto the earphones is deal breaker. Stock earphones of iPods are known to be inferior, not unless you're a casual music listener.

    EDIT: another dealbreaker: 10 hours down from 12 hours of Music Listening.... bummer
