    Hey all!

Been doing most of online banking in BPI Express Online (www.bpiexpressonline.com).

They've updated their site to a new look for 2007.

Guess what? If you log in, it doesn't work in SAFARI!!!
Very frustratring. Works well in Windows.
Buti na lang it still works in Firefox OSX.

Just in case there's any BPI guys out there, or online bankers who can't get in like me.

I just tried it. Works just fine on my end. Paid some bills, transferred funds too. I'm using a PPC Mac and Safari Version 2.0.4 (419.3).

Did you checked the URL? Make sure that the url is not the".../direct_signinIE.htm" and use the standard url without the IE, .../direct_signin.htm"

Hey, mine doesn't work either! I get a blank page after putting in my username & password. On Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) on a macbook. Boss Nino, without the IE, too.

Okay lang for me, though, I usually use Firefox, and it works fine on that.

Tried it again, still having problems. Also using Safari 2.0.4(419.3) on my Macbook. I just clicked the login link from the bpiexpressonline website (it doesn't have IE at the end).

Just like Rosea I get a blank page after putting in my username and password. Weird.

I just tired it on three different Macs, no problem accessing or using the BPI site in any of them them. In fact, I find BPI's site to be working much better than it used to.

You might want to try using the Reset Safari feature. See if that works.

Same here. I get a blank screen. Using 0S X 10.4.8 and Safari Version 2.0.4 (419.3). Will try the reset safari feature.

It might be a cookies issue. I just experienced the same problem when I entered a password incorrectly. I Reset Safari and it started working again, although I think an Empty Cache could've fixed the problem.

Just cleared the cache on Safari, but same problem. I am currently behind a firewall, not sure if that compounds the problem.

Also tried on Firefox. I am able to get in the site and transact, but it seems like the old problem with the java scripts not working is back. Haven't checked loggin in on the alternate site that used to fix this problem yet.

Rico, try using Reset Safari instead (something every responsible Mac user should do at least once a year). You'll have to log back in to your usual sites, but at least it cleans up the library.

I clicked reset safari but still have the same problems. Starting to get annoying. Wonder what the problem is?

Firefox seems to be OK, the problem I had with java scripts earlier must have been a fluke.

Resetting Safari & clearing the cache didn't work to me as well. The page is blank after login. I have no problem using Firefox & Opera.
