New 5G Sim from Globe

    Hello,

    i just received a new 5G Postpaid Sim along with my phone from Globe. How do you guys activate it? Previously, I had to call it in and wait for activation. Its been more than 24 hours and it still says No service?

    Activated it via the Platinum hotline. Took about 12 hours for the activation.

    I tried requesting for sim activation via GlobeOne app. Let's see after 12-24 hrs. if it will be processed.

    Update: new sim card is still not active after 24 hrs. Status in GlobeOne app is still “SOLVING”.

    After 24hrs of requesting the new sim activation thru GlobeOne app, an agent called to process the request. Now, I need to wait for another 24hrs for the actual activation of the new sim.

    My new sim card has just been activated. Anyone knows the default pin code?
