Hello, i just received a new 5G Postpaid Sim along with my phone from Globe. How do you guys activate it? Previously, I had to call it in and wait for activation. Its been more than 24 hours and it still says No service?
I tried requesting for sim activation via GlobeOne app. Let's see after 12-24 hrs. if it will be processed.

After 24hrs of requesting the new sim activation thru GlobeOne app, an agent called to process the request. Now, I need to wait for another 24hrs for the actual activation of the new sim.
