Is there a Netstat live similar app for OSX?

similar to netstat live to check if my connection is "bursting."

You can use Mac OS X built-in Network monitoring tool. You can access it by going to Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor and click on Network . Activity is based on the current or active network port you are using (e.g. Airport, ethernet)

Other options are to download 3rd party freeware/shareware network monitoring apps like MenuMeters, Coconut, Net Monitor (I use this one), XMonitor, etc. You can download these apps from sites like Versiontracker
