Bingewatched 13 Reasons Why because of the good reviews. Pretty heavy stuff and disturbing. Well acted. Hoping to see more of Katherine Langford.
Netflix launched its own "speedtest": https://fast.com/ Supposedly Netflix-specific. Nice and clean layout! Of course, it helps to fill up the screen with more integers. But I still download for offline viewing, because Philippines! More info: https://media.netflix.com/en/compan...t-com-a-new-tool-to-check-your-internet-speed
It's that time where you look for a new DNS/VPN solution that works with Netflix US (for Smart TV Apps / Apple TV / Nvidia Shield). Any recommendations?
Binge watched 13 reasons why last weekend and hopefully there will be no season 2. Although there are cliffhangers/setup for a potential season 2, I liked the way it ended. I think the ending is perfect so please netflix/producers let's leave it at that.
quick question, if I subscribe to netflix usa, example the 12dollar plan. then I use account here in ph without vpn, will I still see the usa catalog? or it will revert to ph catalog.
Just finished Sand Castle. Not bad, considering most of the American roles were played by British actors. And hey, Superman's in there too. Underused, but Henry Cavill looks totally badass. It doesn't have the scale or gravitas of Black Hawk Down, or the deeper characters' relate-ability as 13 Hours, but it's satisfactory as a TV movie.
Just saw it too. You can spot Henry Cavill, because he is massive compared to the other actors. He fits the special forces role just fine. It's good enough to watch, and you're right it doesn't have the same effect of 13 hours, but still a pretty good movie and doesn't disappoint.
Netflix's original movies aren't the blockbuster types... which is ok. They're little movies that are fun and light. Little Boxes is one of them.
I subscribed to getflix but then Netflix US pala does not have Designated Survivor and Riverdale as of now. So a teeny bit of hassle to turn it off if I want to watch those. Just a heads up to others.
Hi guys. I'm about to subscribe netflix. Just want to know the difference between a US account and PH one. Any pros and cons? Thanks in advance
It doesn't matter where you create your Netflix account, the catalog you see is based on your location (exception is on US territories or military locations).
