just wanted to get your help on this one: how can i copy my entire address book to my (windows) outlook?

is there a software for this, or can the whole thing be exported as a CSV /VCF file which can then be imported by Outlook (2003).

thanks in advance for your advice/input.

    1. Download and run AddressBookToCSV on your apple system
    2. Click the Export Address Book to CSV button and save the exported file
    3. Get this exported file to your windows system. You can email it, put it on a USB drive, CD-R, whatever.
    4. Open Outlook on your PC
    5. Click the File menu
    6. Select Import and Export option
    7. Select Import from another program or file
    8. Select a Comma Seperated Values format
    9. Browse and import it.

You may want to check AddressBookToCSV. Then import by CSV from Outlook.

Edit: mrbig posted first about AddressBookToCSV :)

If you are also interested in an ala mobileme sync between your address book and outlook in Windows, you can check out Plaxo. I can't access their site here in the office but the last time I used it it has a free account. I don't think the contacts are publicly searchable so it's safe and you can manage the contacts on their website too.

thanks guys for the advice. i checked out the AddressBookToCSV (yes from tech-recipes too), but was worried that the software might be outdated (circa 2004). but since you highlighted this quite reassuringly, i guess this still works.

    thanks again!

to mods: pls close thread. ok na ako! :)
