    It works on my iBook G4 laptop with a USB cam. I'm in China and my sister says the video is better.

    i tried it and the other party says its the same but there using PLDT DSL and it might be running slow. cant test it yet with anyone in the states but so far its the same.

    this has been working very well for me...but keep in mind that both parties have to do the hack to have the mutual experience and also a fast connection helps a lot.

    It works for me, but iChat is still so much better. Skype has to do something about the echo if you're sending audio to the standard laptop speakers. iChat has some sort of echo cancellation, which, IMO makes it such a superior product

    whenever i clicked on the xml, games from big bang (freeverse) appears?

    just open the .xml file in text edit by dragging it to the text edit dock icon.

    I agree, iChat's a much superior product if only more of my friends were signed up.

    can ichat support yahoo messenger yet? or is there a way around it?

    just tried it.
    i totally agree that the video quality is twice better though it's very choppy, unlike the low-resolution setup which worked smoothly.
    may be it's the ISP speed...

    if you click on the link you'll see that there's a hack for the windows version as well. however, you need to locate the config.xml file, too. i can't find it! i've used the search tool in windows and looked for it everywhere (program files, etc). anybody have an idea?
