    Tell me what you think.

I created a bootable backup of my Powerbook on my external HD via SuperDuper! (although i cant boot from it because i have a USB drive).

I still havent bought the app and i really dont plan to repeat the complete the backup yet. And so i decided to just update parts of this bootable backup using SilverKeeper!

I backup select folders: User/Pictures, Preferences, Documents, Firefox prefs, iCal, Address Book, iPhoto and iTunes Libraries. Al i had to do is to make sure the folders match and then i put them in separate sets. Then open SilverKeeper, and click "Backup All Sets"

Do you think this is an effective alternative way of backing up my PB? Without having to purchase SuperDuper? What other folders do you think i should include? What problems should i face if i intend to restore from my backup drive?
