I was just wondering if you have had this problem: You try to connect to someone through iChat then when you click on video it hangs and says there is a "communication error". I've been getting it for the last 3days on the globe dsl network. YM has been especially buggy and just quits too. I've installed all new security and tiger updates... i wonder what's up?
I was having the same problem up until a few days ago. I switched the port to 433 in Server Settings and it is working perfectly now. Skip
sorry if this is a bit off line, and basic .. but to use ichat, do i really have to have a .mac or aol account? wont my web based email accts or even ofc email acct do?
