Hi, I'd like to if there's a player that stays on top of all windows while I'm watching a movie? Gusto ko sana kasi andun lang yung window while I'm browsing the net while watching. Am I making sense? I do hope I am.

If there is one. Please do tell me. Thanks in advance!
