movie player for mac for .avi

    can anyone suggest what player i should get to play .avi and mpeg formats of videos!? thanks!

    Try VLC Media Player, it plays most movie formats including AVI

    try searching for VLC... almost have everything!

    QuickTime can play .avi and .mpeg files. Try VLC as suggested. :)

    NicePlayer is another one. Borderless, full-screen player that "uses" QuickTime. I use it with additional codecs from Perian, and I've rarely opened Quicktime or VLC ever since.

    VLC is better coz it plays almost all
