hi , my sister has an US acct and downloaded tons of songs thru his iphone 4, i wonder can i redownload it on my ip4 without being charged again?
If it works the same way as when you can download apps you previously installed on another device to a new device, then all you have to do is access your sister's account and download the songs again. But if you use your own account you will be charged.
Songs downloaded/purchased via iTunes CANNOT be downloaded over and over again using the same account otherwise you will be charged. It will only be possible if you will email Apple Support and they will be the one who will authorize the specific account to download the songs again but I believe this is good for only 2x thus you have to make sure that you have backed-up everything afterwards.
@himuramaki so apps can be downloaded over and over again if you use the same account but songs cannot?
I thought it worked the same way with the apps if downloaded previously and you use the same account to download again to another device no charge anymore.
