Help! Anyone here who's well-versed with microsoft word for mac? haven't been able to open word recently. everytime i would open it, it just bounces several times in the dock then a report message would pop out.

i checked the console and got this message:

    Dyld Error Message:
    Library not loaded: @executable_path/../Frameworks/MicrosoftComponentPlugin.framework/Versions/12/MicrosoftComponentPlugin
    Referenced from: /Applications/Microsoft Office 2008/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/MacOS/Microsoft Word
    Reason: image not found

    Please help. Thanks much.

yup, did that already and i even did prebinding force at the terminal but neither gave me joy. i am thinking of re installing it instead but my dilemma is, i deleted my mail already where i kept my serial number. however, i have the product key with me. if ever i'll do re installation, won't i be needing the serial numbers anymore?

    thanks much... :)
