Also free on Android Download now! http://www.theverge.com/2014/11/6/7163789/microsoft-office-free-for-ipad-iphone-android
Aren't these already free? You can't have full functionality though if you don't have an Office 365 account. EDIT: Just saw the article, hahaha. Thanks for sharing, download na nga
I'm confused... Did they release separate apps for word, excel and power point? Or do we just download Microsoft Office Mobile?
for the iphone, instead of a single app which is office mobile, its now 3 separate apps. Tried it and it works! Saving and editing is now possible! Almost bought a subscription a few days ago. Glad this happened hehe Too bad the mac and windows versions of office are still not free but this is good.
^Thanks... Just found them for iOS... Word, Excel and PowerPoint... Anyone who can share the links for Android? (I can't access the Play Store in my office PC)
Here's a link not much difference unless you really use it to create docs http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/products/office-resources-FX102896045.aspx We're on a subscription and I love the presenter notes
Thanks, thought it was with a special link. However I see Word and powerpoint but for some reason Excel is not there... hmmmm
Hi sirs and maams! Speaking of powerpoint, any suggested alternatives for the MS Powerpoint that I can freely download via iTunes? Primarily using it for teaching and/or training college studes. Thanks in advance!
I’m not sure how legit it is but you can check in Lazada, they have Office with Lifetime Subscription for PHP 250 only, this is really cheap considering this is a lifetime subscription.
That’s definitely pirated. At ₱250 lifetime, that's even cheaper than the ₱349 monthly subscription fee for Office 365 Personal. I'm so sure that Microsoft will never offer it at ₱250 per year--more so--for life. @milyonaryo: if you don't want to shell-out extra, as correctly suggested by @ice, just use Keynote, which works on both macOS and iOS and can open and export PowerPoint (.ppt and .pptx) files. There's also LibreOffice (which I haven't tried) which runs on macOS, Windows, Linux, and Android--but not iOS. Thus, Keynote is the best option--if you don't want to shell out extra. As for Microsoft Office, personally, if you really need it for work, I see no reason why you shouldn't consider subscribing to Office 365, more so that by now Office 365 Home is already a steal at ₱4,699/year given that: it includes the following apps: for Windows/Mac: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Windows only: Publisher and Access; it can now be used by up to 6 users (so you can share it with family members, and therefore offers the lowest rate per person; it's like paying just about ₱833/year, ₱65/mo., and ₱2/day per person); each user can, signed into his/her own account, use Office 365 on up to 5 devices simultaneously (whether Windows or Mac); each user gets 1TB OneDrive cloud storage.
