hi there guys, i had this question. why does if i save my microsoft office files sometimes cannot be opened on windows microsoft office when i transferred it from my mac to windows? when i copy it to my pc, the traditional icon of microsoft office does not appear but a file system on windows then when i saved it to my pc, it saves to another filename. my friends complained to me that the files i send to them cannot be opened, while on the other way around, i save it on my mac under office for mac. is this normal? note that i usually save my microsoft office files on 1997-2004 version (.doc). thanks!
