no issues for me. but then i really only use word and, occasionally, excel. working with an office 365 subscription.
No problems here with Word and Excel. OneNote is a little laggy at times but everything's functioning good so far.
I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in buying an Office for Mac 2016 full version? I just checked my MSDN account and it's now there
I have keys in the marketplace full version Office 2016, the key will be associated to your Microsoft Account and can be installed to One Mac. It can be installed in a new Mac provided that you uninstall first from the old. The key will be permanently associated to your MS Account so you just need to sign in to activate.
The installer (downloaded it just a couple of nights ago, it's the 1.63GB .pkg file) is free to download to those who have a MS Office account. Getting the account itself is free as well. It's when you try to activate after the installation is when you should have already paid beforehand for the subscription service or a one-time payment copy of your MS Office Of course this is aside from the free 1-month trial Microsoft is offering
License is free if you have a .edu email address https://products.office.com/en-us/student/office-in-education
If you have a credit card, you can buy it directly at Microsoft Store Philippines. It's available generally in two versions: Office 365, which is subscription-based: Office 365 Home (5 users max): Php 3,499/year Office 365 Personal (1 user): Php 2,599/year Stand-alone (i.e. no annual subscription): Office Home & Student 2016 (1 user): Php 5,199 Office Home & Business 2016: Php 12,999. You'd find all the details you need in said site. You can compare the applications and services bundled in each and weight-in which will work best for you: subscription-based or standalone. I for one have been signed-up to Office 365 for 4 years now. I find it more economical as I use 4 licenses in my household (2 Macs, 2 PCs). Also, none of us are stuck to a specific version of Microsoft Office, and can freely upgrade to the latest version as it comes out, if we decide to. If, instead, you'd rather pay in cold cash, you can buy/order it from a Villman outlet nearest you. It seems Villman offers Office 365 Home (5 users) for Php 3,488/year. I'm guessing that Beyond the Box, PowerMac and other Apple authorized resellers also sell Office 365 and standalone versions of Office 2016 (just my guess, as I've been away from the Ph for 7 years now). Try inquiring with them.
I recently bought a 2016 MS Office for my 2017 MBP. While using excel I find it to be laggy. Anybody else experiencing this and are there any remedies? Haven't tried using Word yet. This is the stand alone version
Im using Office 2016 for mac stand alone. Still not as great as the windows version but it's pretty usable.
Still using Office for Mac 2016. I think it's no longer supported by MS. As a backup, I've also got OpenOffice installed & use occasionally.
