Hello! Just wondering if anyone here tried the Power Mac Center door-to-door service to have your Apple gadgets repaired? I need to have my iPhone X battery replaced and this seems like a good option given that we don't go out of the house. :)

How is everyone's order of the new iphones in PMC going? Mine is already approaching a month and yet no news from them, for buying something premium they do have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

try calling then or going directly to the store. most of the times they wont bother to call since they’ll sell it quickly anyway

Bought last week, And their new policy is 7 days no return for iPhones. Thats what I am told.

Direct service center, no outright replacements.
