what's a good media player for mac ? itunes would be nice but i have a lot of albums in flac and you know how that goes. one more thing, if i have a LOT of albums in mp3 and i tried playing a track in itunes, it would go to the next album.. now that's irritating :/.

IMO itunes is the best player for mp3 files. Aside from being user friendly, it also has balanced sound reproduction. Syncing with ipod is also easy with itunes.

what do you mean go to the next album? do you play your files randomly?... you might have clicked on the album tab that's why it plays by album. try clicking on the music/name tab.

If you really hate itunes, you can try real player or windows media player

Uh, not sure what you mean when you say "I have a lot of albums in flac and you know how that goes." Do you have complete albums as one MP3 track? That's what I'm understanding from the behavior you're describing in the "one more thing..." comment.

flac is another audio format. so maybe iTunes doesn't accept it? or he just doesn't want to re convert it.

maybe you can try songbird, I don't know if it plays flac but you can try.

    Re: media player ?

sorry for the OT question.. do you know where i can get codecs for my media player? i've downloaded the Media Player for Mac but I am unable to play the .wmv file. i can only hear the voice of "Keeley Hazel (moaning)" but can't see the actual video.. i need to this movie real bad!! lol..

If you know the answer, its either you can PM me the software to download or point me to the right thread.
