Hello, everyone! I need some help with my MBP's battery.

I've had my MBP for only a year and a half now with its cycle count being at 493. One night, I shut down my MBP at 28% battery. The following morning, I turned it back on only to find out its battery went down to 9%. A fully charged battery used to last me a whole day of browsing. But now, it takes around three charges to get through a day of light use. I'm assuming this was caused by my upgrade to MacOS High Sierra, but I could be wrong.

Anyone knows how to go about this? Should I have my battery replaced already? Or adjust my energy-saving settings? Please help a sister out! Thank you. :)
