    Anyone who can recommend a good Mala Hotpot restaurant in Metro Manila?

    our client, Hai Di Lao hotpot, the biggest hot pot chain in the world, was supposed to open last year. but Covid-19 delayed their PH launch.


    They should be opening this year. originally, they were targetting stores in Podium and Ayala by the bay.

    Check out Mao Jia Hunan Cuisine in Savana Commercial Center, 1203 Metropolitan Avenue corner Pablo Ocampo Sr. Ext., Makati, 1205 Metro Manila

    I tried their boiled chili beef a couple of times and it's really spicy.

    there is a Nan Hot Pot that just opened in Circuit makati.

    but i was informed that it is not the same "Nan Hot Pot" famous in China.

    just appropriated its name. tsk tsk.

    There is Mala Hotpot Restaurant in the MET Building/mall across double dragon/Blue wave macpagal ave corner EDSA.
    I saw it first before the pandemic and again last month and it is still open with chinese looking customers.
    Havn't tried it thou.

    finally had the chance to try their BGC branch...

    It's not the "Singaporean Mala" - heck our order didn't even come with a single sichuan pepper
