While using Mail.app, I noticed that despite of it being POP3, it leaves the messages on the server. What I did was to activate the internal POP3 and SMTP service of my MS Exchange server. Then when I fired up Mail.App, I get to download my work-related mails on my iBook. This is one of the times when I'm really glad that I administer our network.

One bonus of this setup is my MS Outlook at my office Win-based desktop still gets a copy of the mails I've already downloaded with Mail.app, giving me instant backups of my official correspondences. Another big bonus is I now have the ability go "Bounce" unwanted emails that sneak in to my office email address.

    I love being an "I.T. Ninja"! :D
