^Yeah - when I was watching the release and saw the numbers, I immediately grabbed my calculator :)

If we look at online comparisons, we can say it's close. But remember there were days when people argued about 16:9 vs 16:10 - this is the most negligible difference in aspect raio, ever. But then again there's that difference.

So 14:9 vs 3:2 - is in fact far from each other, specially in real world usage.

^ Monterey has been smooth so far on my 2015 MBP. Only issue I have now is that my Bluetooth mice loses connection and I have to pair them every time

I have an issue with this upgrade after installing it in my MBA M1 seems my built in microphone was already back fcoming from BIGSUR 11.6. After few days not using my it’s not working again.Waiting for another update. I already tested it from Apple Service Center at iStudio no Hardware issues all are in great tip top shape. There only two options re format and reinstall the MacOs Monterey or Wait for new Update for MacOs Monterey to able to see if the internal microphone is working again.

The only issue I have with MacOS 12.0.1 is that USB hubs aren't working reliably. Heard it is something of a widespread issue for others abroad as well.

Anyone experiencing bugs or anything alike? I still haven't updated my m1 air as I might encounter some bugs and issues that would just make me regret updating in the first place.

Actually you know what, there is one Monterey annoyance: tap-to-click fails intermittently. I hear the next dot version will address this.

I use a Magic Trackpad with my M1MBA and I've had issues ever since I upgraded to Monterey. Apparently, it's not just me, many others are experiencing this so I would hold off on upgrading until the next release: https://www.reddit.com/r/MacOS/comments/qk2exs/trackpad_issue_since_upgrading_to_monterey/?sort=new

Just upgraded to Monterey 12.1 and it seems to have resolved the tap-to-click issue. /fingers crossed
