    Oh thanks, that's good to know. I'm also using a late 2013 rMBP (15inch), so I guess I might need to invest in AppleCare too...

    Having the same issues and also bleeding backlight on the top right of my rMBP mid 2014. Bought it last September. Already brought it to Power Mac Center Trinoma and they told me they didn't find anything. I didn't argue with them since I needed my laptop for work. I'm planning to bring it back there again. Are there somethings I should prepare or have before going back there again? Also, besides Power Mac Center, what stores I should look for Apple Care for my rMBP? Thanks!

    Hi,

    Relatively new to using Mac and it's actually my first time registering for an extended Apple Care (1 year expiring in a couple of weeks). So I registered a while ago, and probably just missed the part where it states that the battery is replaceable? The only portion written with batter replacement discussion is for iPods. Now I'm wondering if I bought the correct Apple Care.

    Hopefully someone can clarify.
