Hi! I got a new hard drive today, so I had to do some updating. I tried to update the software several times but this just keeps on popping up. There would also be times when it says that it's updated, but I'm sure it's not. What should I do?
hi beaj welcome to PhilMug, based on your post it seems that your mac is not connected to the internet, updates are downloaded from the net, try to check your network preferences, go to Applications->System Preferences->Network, you should check if internet is available before proceeding with update, good luck!
what's weird is that i have an internet connection. Anyway, there'd also be times when it says that its updated.
Have you checked your current software version? Maybe you can try to just download the update from Apple's website.
