Guys, Apple just released the Mac OS X Update for MobileMe. Hit Software Update to start downloading. UPDATE: MobileMe is not yet fully functional. Still getting some error.

Hmmm... no updates were found when I updated our units here in the office. Anyways, iDisk now sports a new icon. Here's a screenshot from my MBP.
There seems to be a 1.1 release, it says here. Anyone updated to this? Anyone else like me who cannot update?
I updated to 1.1 and i don't notice any difference naman. Everything works as before, but I'm thinking that it helped speed up the syncing of Mail and iTouch MobileMe. I noticed that the "push" sent to the server when you've read an email on your device is much faster, as it reflects on your mac faster that that message is already "read".
guys, was mucking around my .mac settings in the preference pane, and a dialog box popped up saying that an update from .mac to mobileme is now available. i clicked on it, and it brought me to the software update dialog box. it was searching, and there ... it showed up: Mac OS X Update for MobileMe 1.1 -- going thru it right now.
hehe.. good luck guys! =) enjoy mobileme! i just created a new .me account.. i happy with it so far.. =)
thanks hexinary for baby-sitting me thru the update. you're one cool dude! Here's what the update says: The Mac OS X Update For MobileMe is recommended for users running Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.4 and includes general system fixes that enhance your Mac for MobileMe. it asked me to quit Mail when it installed the update. Once done, I fired up Mail again. It did not require a restart. I checked System Preferences, and there is the new logo .... and yes, it's now pushing my emails to my iPhone, etc. I love the way it pushes email. The storage space has not yet been updated it seems, but I read somewhere that it will be updated in the course of the next few days. Will be watching out for it. Additional Note: When you bring up your Finder window, you might still see there the old iDisk icon. To update it, what I did was go to Force Quit, and Restart Finder. That did the trick for me.
Finally, the mobileme update just came to my macbook..... installing it now. I dont know why it came so late... but its here... patience is a virtue..
This morning, my wife's iMac got the software update notification for mobileme update 1.1. Silly me, instead of using the 'download only' option, I went ahead and updated. I say silly me because I want the update for my MBA, but it's still not showing up in SU of the Air, nor can I find a manual way of downloading. It seems to me that Apple is rolling it out really slowly, and it's purely by luck that one gets the update at this point. It's nice to see though that I already have the 20GB allocation.
ahh finally, the mobileme icon's replaced .mac icon on sys pref. didn't have to do anything though, i booted now and voila (delayed lang siguro).
