Try any Datablitz branch. While PC games predominate, there's always a shelf or two of games made for Mac.

Yup, DataBlitz. The PowerMac store in SM City North Edsa also carries some Mac games

The Datablitz in Park Square One Glorietta has two shelves (each about 2ft long) of Mac games. And quite a variety too. Was just there looking yesterday.

PowerMac Center in Greenbelt 3 has some titles but the selection is not that wide.

I usually go to Data Blitz for my Mac gaming needs. That's where I got my copy of WarCraft III: Reign of Chaos, WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne, StarCraft Battle Chest, Civ 4 and Civ 4: Warlords.

When in Hong Kong, I go to the Computer Mall in Windsor House. That's where I got my copy of Command & Conquer Generals Deluxe set.
